James Joaquin

James Joaquin is the co-founder of Obvious Ventures, a venture capital firm investing in startups that reimagine trillion-dollar industries from a world-positive perspective. James holds the title of Director at Nectar Life Sciences, MycoMedica Life Sciences PBC, Nue Life Health, and Torch. Additionally, James serves as a VC Champion at All Raise, where James mentors aspiring venture capitalists. James also holds director positions at Taika, beam, Incredible Health, Inc., and Miyoko's Kitchen. James graduated from Brown University in 1987.
