Thiago Back Neves is currently the Product & Customer Success Lead at AllRead, a deep tech Startup specializing in intelligent character recognition technology. Previously, Thiago worked as a Senior Consultant at EloGroup, where Thiago executed management consulting projects for various companies in Brazil. Thiago also has experience as a Trainee at USIMINAS and as a Project Intern at Cassol Centerlar. Thiago holds a Master's degree in Executive Business Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. Additionally, Thiago completed an online program in Leadership and Innovation from MIT Professional Education.
