Matt Kelley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matt is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Allredi since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Client Development at Ascend Associates Inc from November 2021 to February 2022. At Ascend Associates, Matt specialized in executive search within the electrical distribution industry. Before that, they held multiple roles at Summit Electric Supply, including Director of Talent Management and Lead Talent Strategist. During their time at Summit Electric Supply from 2011 to 2021, Matt played a key role in talent acquisition, leadership development, and designing training programs. Prior to their tenure at Summit Electric Supply, Matt worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Formation Counseling Services, where they built a successful practice from scratch. Matt also gained experience as a Staff Member at Didasko Ministries, Inc. and held various roles at CRU, including Online Content Manager and Campus Director. At CRU, Matt contributed to website redesign and leadership development initiatives. Matt Kelley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism - Business Communications at The University of Kansas from 1992 to 1996. Matt then pursued a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary, attending from 2006 to 2009. In 2019, they enrolled at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Matt Kelley also obtained various certifications, including the Assessment of Leadership Potential from Korn Ferry in February 2019, the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2014, and the Licensed Analyst - Predictive Index System from The Predictive Group, Inc. in September 2011.
