Matt Kelley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matt is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Allredi since March 2022. Matt Kelley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism - Business Communications at The University of Kansas from 1992 to 1996. Matt then pursued a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary, attending from 2006 to 2009. In 2019, they enrolled at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Matt Kelley also obtained various certifications, including the Assessment of Leadership Potential from Korn Ferry in February 2019, the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2014, and the Licensed Analyst - Predictive Index System from The Predictive Group, Inc. in September 2011.
