Mikkel Allen

Mikkel Allen, M.Ed., LCAM, currently serves as an English Language Teacher at Allschool, focusing on eLearning face-to-face ESL online immersion teaching aligned with Common Core State Standards since March 2022. Previously, Mikkel worked as a STEM & Literacy Teacher at VIPKID, teaching over 1,600 children in one-on-one sessions from August 2015 to August 2020. Mikkel's experience also includes roles as a Literacy Interventionist and STEM Instructor at ReNEW Schools Charter Management Organization, Youth Director at First Grace United Methodist Church, Web Production Assistant at Inspired Divine Creative, and DOT TeachUp! Intern at Digital Opportunity Trust. Mikkel's early career included positions as Camp Director at Giant Campus and Counselor/Teacher at Eckerd Youth Alternatives. Mikkel holds a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Public Relations from Tulane University.
