Frank Simons

Frank Simons is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Human Resources at Allseas since January 2021, Frank previously held the position of VP Global People & Culture for TechnipFMC from November 2017 to April 2020, where responsibilities included managing HR operations and implementing performance development processes. Frank's tenure at Technip spanned a decade, during which roles included Vice President HR & Communications for the Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa regions, along with managing HR systems and employee relations in North America. Early career experiences encompass positions at Arseus, Burger King Corporation, IBM, Rational Softwares, and Fugro, with a solid educational foundation in Human Resources from De Haagse Hogeschool and Breda University of Applied Sciences.
