Sameer Lodhi has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Sameer is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Shalina Healthcare, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, including General Manager & Head - Human Resources, Global Research & Development from June 2021 to October 2022, Global Head - Learning & Talent Management from July 2020 to June 2021, Lead - Corporate Talent Management from April 2019 to July 2020, and Deputy General Manager & Lead - Human Resources, APAC from July 2017 to March 2019. Before Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Sameer worked as a Senior Manager - Human Resources at Asian Paints PPG Pvt. Ltd. from July 2013 to May 2015 and as an HR Business Partner at SKF Group from June 2011 to July 2013. Sameer initially started their career as a Management Trainee at SKF Group in June 2007.

Sameer Lodhi has a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's in Economics from Fergusson College from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, Sameer has certifications in Cardinal Leadership Program from Jombay and Instructional Design Methodology from SHRM.
