Chinmay is an MBA in Marketing from ITM Chennai . He has over 22 years of experience in business development, foremost in the domain of Human Resource operation & Technology. Chinmay has widely worked at handling strategic enterprise account engagements and is seasoned at creating and scaling new revenue verticals. He has extensive experience at building strategic global partnerships and have successfully expanded businesses across the border.

Prior to Allsec, Chinmay held key revenue generating roles with The Times of India group and The Hindustan times group. An explorer at heart, Chinmay had an entrepreneur stint during his initial days with an advertising agency and had lastly worked with a HR tech start up and had contributed vastly to the wholesome growth of the organization. Chinmay currently head global sales for the HRO vertical at Allsec Technologies.
