Rich Pusateri

Rich Pusateri has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Rich has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including CEO, Vice President, and Senior Manager.

Rich started their career as a systems engineer with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in 1987. Rich then transitioned to Deloitte Consulting in 1995, where they spent five years as a senior manager. In 2000, they joined eLoyalty Corporation as Vice President of Delivery. Rich then went on to become the owner of IMCG/KC, Inc. in 2004.

In 2010, Rich founded Allshore Virtual Staffing, a company that provides offshore staffing solutions for businesses. Allshore has been successful in helping businesses save money and increase efficiency. Under Rich's leadership, Allshore has grown to become one of the leading offshore staffing companies in the world.

Rich Pusateri received their MBA from Wayne State University and their B.S. from Eastern Illinois University, both in the field of business.
