Kirsty Rands

Kirsty Rands has a diverse work experience. Kirsty started their career as a Telephone Unit Assistant at Viewpoint in 2008, where they conducted qualitative fieldwork research. In 2012, they worked as an Assistant Golf Coach at Augusta State University, where they assisted the women's golf team with decision-making and team strategy. Kirsty then joined Sodexo in 2013 as a Front of House Team Leader at Unilever, where they managed a team and provided world-class service excellence. Kirsty later joined Leatherhead Food Research in 2016 as a Consumer Panel Operations Supervisor, responsible for managing consumer panel food and beverage testing. In 2018, Kirsty joined Office Concierge as an Account Manager, overseeing front-of-house teams and liaising with clients to ensure KPIs were met. Their most recent position, which started in 2022, is as a Property Sales Consultant at Allsopp & Allsopp Group.

Kirsty Rands obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Augusta State University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Mississippi from 2008 to 2010. Before pursuing higher education, Kirsty attended Sussex College of Golf from 2005 to 2007, where they received a BTEC and NVQ in National Sports and Exercise Science. Their education journey began at Esher C of E High School from 2000 to 2005, where they completed their GCSE's.
