Orla Brennan

Orla Brennan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Orla started their career in 2017 as a Summer Intern at Acumen and Trust, where they gained administrative and customer support skills. In 2018, they joined First Derivatives as a Financial Consultant, working on client-based sites in the UK within Capital Markets. Orla then transitioned to Dunnes Stores in 2019, where they served as an HR Manager, providing generalist support, conducting investigations and disciplinary actions, and resolving workplace disputes. Orla also worked as a Sales Representative at M.A.C Cosmetics in Brown Thomas, developing strong sales skills and attention to detail in a busy customer-oriented environment. Currently, they are employed at Allsopp & Allsopp Group as a Property Consultant and Recruitment Consultant.

Orla Brennan completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Dublin City University from 2014 to 2017. In 2020 and 2021, they pursued CIPD Qualifications and obtained a Certificate in HRM, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 2017 and 2018, Orla attended UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management (Business). In 2022, they furthered their education at CIPD Qualifications by studying UAE Labour and Employment Law.
