Richard Feeney

Richard Feeney has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Richard started their career in 2011 at S & K Dubai, where they started as a Residential Lettings negotiator. Over the course of two years, they gained knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and eventually became a Senior Residential Sales negotiator, specializing in the Green Community area. In 2015, they joined Allsopp & Allsopp as a Residential Sales Negotiator, where they focused on generating sales revenue through brokerage of residential properties. In 2016, they moved to Quantum Real Estate, where they held various managerial roles, including Residential Sales Manager and Residential Sales and Leasing Manager. In their roles, they directed and expanded the residential sales and leasing teams, supervised staff, and ensured company targets were achieved. Richard also had responsibilities for hiring, training, and motivating staff, as well as staying updated with changes in the residential market. Feeney is currently serving as the Head of Residential Lettings at Allsopp & Allsopp since December 2019.
