Kathleen Dutton

Kathleen Dutton is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations and management. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR Operations at Allspring Global Investments since June 2008, Kathleen has successfully established a global HR and payroll function for approximately 1,400 employees across nine countries. Kathleen served as Interim Head of HR from November 2021 to the present, overseeing HR due diligence and guiding the company's strategic direction. Prior roles include Affiliate Head of HR/Chief Administrative Officer at Wells Fargo, where Kathleen managed the acquisition of Analytic Investors, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Analytic Investors, focusing on operational efficiency and compliance.
