Ludger Peters

Ludger Peters is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in institutional sales and business development within the asset management sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Strategic Institutional Relationships at Allspring Global Investments since November 2021, Peters previously held the position of Managing Director and Institutional Sales Manager at Wells Capital Management from February 2003 to October 2021, where oversight of international business development efforts occurred. Prior roles included Managing Director of International Sales at Montgomery Asset Management and Vice President of Business Development at Commerzbank AG, focusing on the privatization of state-owned companies in Eastern Germany and the Czech and Slovak Republics. Academically, Peters earned a Master’s Degree from Cornell Law School and a law degree from The University of Bonn.
