Michael Brossart

Michael Brossart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and technical operations. Currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery & Technical Operations at Allspring Global Investments since October 2022, Michael previously held key roles including Manager of Corporate Systems at California ISO, where Michael contributed to the reliability and power delivery for a significant portion of California and Nevada. As CIO at Clark Pacific, Michael directed technical strategy for a leading designer and manufacturer of prefabricated building systems. Additionally, as Managing Partner at Granite City Consulting, Michael provided technology strategy and operational consulting to small and mid-market companies, and served as Sr. Director of IT Infrastructure at Raley's, a prominent supermarket chain. Michael holds an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California and a BS in Computer Science from California State University, Chico.
