Rick Bisignano

Rick Bisignano currently serves as the Head of East Region - Institutional Client Group and Managing Director at Allspring Global Investments since November 2021. Previously, Rick was the Managing Director and Northeast Region Lead at Wells Fargo Asset Management from March 2008 to November 2021, and held the position of Vice President for Client Service & Sales at Bank of Ireland Asset Management from November 2003 to February 2008. Rick's career also includes serving as Vice President for Client Service & Head of Investment Analytics at InterSec Research Corp from March 1998 to October 2003. Rick Bisignano possesses a B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo, completed between 1995 and 1998, with earlier education at the University at Albany and North Salem.
