Sarah Henriksen

Sarah Henriksen serves as a Senior Risk Manager at Allspring Global Investments since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in risk management and product strategy from her previous roles at Wells Fargo. At Wells Fargo, Sarah held multiple senior vice president positions, including Head of Distribution Control and Head of Non-US Products, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing risk compliance for distribution teams and managing Luxembourg-based investment products. Prior experience includes directorship in education planning at Strong Capital Management, where Sarah expanded the firm’s offerings in the 529 College Savings Plan market, and a marketing manager role for retirement products at Strong Capital Management. Sarah's career began at RBC Wealth Management and McKinsey & Company, focusing on product development and market analysis. Academically, Sarah holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Natural Resource Management and Environmental Studies from the University of Minnesota.
