Will Chau

Will Chau, CFA, currently serves as the Senior Defined Contribution Investment Strategist at Allspring Global Investments, where responsibilities include delivering capabilities to defined contribution plan sponsors and acting as a trusted resource on the retirement industry and capital markets. Previously, Will Chau held the same title at Wells Fargo Asset Management and directed investment operations for $15 billion in defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans at Intel Corporation, where Will Chau also managed a portfolio as a Portfolio Manager for Intel Capital and led finance initiatives that resulted in substantial savings. Will Chau began a career as a Senior Structural Engineer at Bombardier, focusing on the CRJ airliner design. Will Chau holds an MBA in Business Administration from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a degree from London Business School, and a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Washington.
