Phil Hale

Phil Hale possesses extensive experience in the electric vehicle (EV) sales sector, currently serving as the Head of UK EV Sales at Allstar Business Solutions since May 2019. This role focuses on supporting businesses in their transition to EV through various charging solutions, including a notable Homecharge option that alleviates upfront costs for employees. Prior to this, Phil held various positions at Kinesis Fleet, including Head of EV Corporate Sales and Commercial Cards Sales Manager, as well as a Business Development Manager role at Masternaut Ltd. Phil's career also includes managerial positions at FLEETCOR, where leadership was demonstrated in telesales operations. Phil earned a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Leeds Beckett University between 2003 and 2004.
