Jon Murphy

Jon Murphy has worked at three companies since 2012. Jon began their career at Scot Forge as a Technical Sales Account Manager, where they managed over $11m in sales per year for a number of different industries. In 2016, they joined Dexter Magnetic Technologies as a Mechanical Engineer - NPI/R&D, where they participated in early engineering engagement calls with current and prospective customers, coordinated interdepartmental teams, and communicated with customers, suppliers, vendors, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales. Jon also held the role of Manufacturing Engineer - Cost Estimator, where they developed costing and proposals to support Sales in quoting, provided accurate costing, and ensured timely completion of cost estimates. Lastly, they were an Account Manager New Business Development, where they developed new business opportunities, coordinated with the sales team, and planned and executed sales calls. In 2021, Jon Murphy joined Allstar Magnetics, LLC as a Sales - Custom Wound Magnetics.

Jon Murphy attended Marquette University from 2007 to 2011 where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
