Shelby Mercado

Shelby Mercado is the Director of Operations for Allstar. She graduated from West Virginia University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. Shelby is in charge of the day-to-day operations while working in direct contact with the president and the CEO. She is responsible for coordinating all nightlife operations.
