Prior to this role, Phillip worked at Pioneera as a Full Stack Developer, focusing on machine learning solutions for stress reduction in the workplace. As the founder of Rendsolve PTY LTD, Phillip established a secure GPU computing service on a private cloud. Additionally, Phillip held the position of Director/System Engineer at Ideabox Computers, successfully transforming a side business into a key player in the Australian film and media industry, partnering with notable companies like Dell, Intel, HP, and Nvidia.
