John Regan

John Regan has extensive experience in commercial real estate appraisal, currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Reviewer at Allstate Appraisal, L.P. since November 2020. Regan has been the owner of The Lexington Group since May 1997, specializing in valuing commercial real estate in the metropolitan Chicago market. Prior to these positions, Regan worked at MountainSeed, where appraisal reviews were performed, and held roles at Strategis Asset Valuation as Vice President and Valuation Research Group as a Partner. Regan began a career in the industry as a Market Analyst at Prudential Real Estate Affiliates. Regan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Merrimack College and attended Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
