Alicia Gilmore

Alicia Gilmore is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment strategies. Currently serving as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Allstate Canada since August 2025, Alicia oversees a team responsible for filling various roles across the country while developing proactive talent acquisition strategies. Previously, Alicia held several senior positions at The Home Depot Canada from October 2012 to August 2025, including Senior Leader Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included executing HR initiatives and serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Alicia's career also includes a role as Senior Account Manager at Quantum Management Services Ltd., specializing in sourcing talent for top employers, and earlier positions in inside sales and customer service. Alicia holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Toronto and continues to further education at the same institution.
