Brandon Farb

Brandon Farb has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Brandon has held several leadership roles, including Director of Sales Planning, Compensation, and Real Estate at Allstate Canada, Director of Personal Insurance Operational Planning and Analysis at Economical Insurance, and Senior Manager at Aviva Canada. In these positions, they were responsible for various aspects such as strategic planning, performance management, and project execution. Brandon also worked at RSA Canada as a National Finance and Operations Leader, Business Analyst, and Strategic Operations Consultant, where they focused on financial management, process improvement, and proposition redevelopment projects. Brandon started their career as a Management Consulting Analyst and Sourcing Specialist at BottomLine Group. Throughout their career, Brandon has demonstrated strong analytical, planning, and leadership skills.

Brandon Farb, FCIP, CRM, PMP earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, General from Schulich School of Business - York University in the years 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they participated in an exchange semester at Copenhagen Business School, focusing on finance. Brandon also obtained the Fellowship Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada in 2018. Furthermore, they completed a Canadian Risk Management program from the University of Toronto. Brandon also holds additional certifications, including the Canadian Securities Course, Certified Risk Management (Canada), Chartered Insurance Professional, and Project Management Professional.
