Melissa Hiltz, CIP, has extensive experience in finance product management and information technology within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Finance Product Management at Allstate Canada since November 2012, Melissa has a proven track record in leading operational transformations and achieving compliance standards such as PCI-DSS Level 1. Previous roles include significant positions at Camilion Solutions, CSIO, Allianz Insurance Co., ING Insurance Company, and Guardian Insurance Company of Canada, demonstrating a strong foundation in systems coordination, business consulting, and product management. Melissa holds a Certificate in Strategic Enterprise Analysis & Consulting from the Schulich School of Business, and an Associate designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
