Melissa West-Henry

Melissa West-Henry, MBA, is an experienced professional in the insurance and customer service sectors. Currently serving as an Operations Support Specialist at Allstate Canada since June 2021, Melissa previously held roles as an Insurance Advisor at both Allstate Canada and TD Insurance. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Melissa worked as a Service Coordinator at Willowdale Subaru and as a Guest Experience Consultant at Recipe Unlimited Corporation. An extensive career began at ATL, where Melissa held several positions including Sales Account Executive and Sales Support/Showroom Representative from December 2001 to February 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, along with multiple Post Graduate Certificates in Marketing/Marketing Management and Corporate Account Management from Centennial College and UCC.
