Richard Pang has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Richard'smost recent role is as the Director of Human Resources & Communications Digital Transformation at Allstate Canada, where they are leading the digital transformation to modernize HR systems and processes. Prior to this, Richard worked at TELUS in various leadership positions, including Director of HR Enablement and Director of Customer Experience Strategic Programs & Billing Operations. In these roles, they focused on driving business and digital transformation through HR operations, analytics, and systems programs, as well as elevating customer service and evolving billing operations through digital transformation. Richard also has experience in product marketing, pricing, and financial analysis. Throughout their career, they have achieved significant results, including cost savings, increased customer satisfaction, and business growth. Richard has been recognized for their accomplishments, receiving awards such as the TELUS Passion for Growth award.
Richard Pang attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they obtained an HBA degree in Business. Richard has also obtained certifications in "Introducing Robotic Process Automation" from LinkedIn in 2021 and "Certified Professional Accountant, CMA" from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2007.
