Amy Martin

Amy Martin serves as the Vice President of Technology Operations and Program Delivery at Allstate since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading information technology delivery and overseeing program management practices aligned with corporate strategy, particularly in the adoption of Agile methodologies. Prior to Allstate, Amy held the position of Global Technology Enterprise PMO & Transformation Leader at McDonald's, focusing on digital and technology portfolio delivery and strategy planning. At Aon Hewitt, Amy was the Senior Director of Technology Operations and Client Delivery, managing significant client projects and leading technology program management. Earlier experience includes roles as a Program Manager at Abbott Laboratories and Senior Manager of Technology and Operations at W.W. Grainger. Amy holds an MBA in Project Management and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as a BA in Human Resources/Business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
