Ashley Greenwell is an accomplished professional with significant experience in customer experience and innovation. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Allstate since January 2018, Ashley has also held roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Innovation within the same company. Prior to Allstate, Ashley worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from September 2016 to January 2018 as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at BCG Platinion. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technology Consultant and Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte from July 2013 to August 2016, as well as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Boeing in the summer of 2012. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
