Bekki Anderson

Bekki Anderson is an experienced communication and culture leader with a robust background in managing and enhancing organizational communication strategies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Culture and Enablement at Allstate since March 2012, Bekki ensures the alignment of culture and communication with strategic objectives while fostering a high-performance culture for over 1,900 employees in the Law & Regulation department. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Compliance & Conduct Policy & Education, Communication Manager, and Communication Lead Consultant at Allstate, where Bekki developed innovative communication solutions and established enterprise-wide compliance standards. With prior experience at the Appraisal Institute, Ragan Communications, and various roles involving member recruitment, operational improvements, and strategic communication, Bekki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Winona State University and several professional certifications in change management and marketing.
