Bernadette O'Dwyer

Bernadette O'Dwyer is an experienced instructional designer and eLearning developer currently working as a freelance professional at eDesign Architect since January 2024. O'Dwyer collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to establish project milestones and develop inclusive, interactive learning content. With a background at Allstate since 2015, O'Dwyer initially served as a Sales Trainer and progressed to the role of Instructional Designer and Virtual Education Trainer, focusing on identifying performance issues and creating effective training solutions to enhance agent performance. O'Dwyer holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Online Learning Innovation and Design from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University.
