Jennifer Harper

Jennifer Bond Harper, MBA, has extensive experience at Allstate, where responsibilities have included serving as the Senior Manager of Government and Industry Relations and previously as a Risk and Compliance Manager. In these roles, Jennifer has led initiatives such as the SEC 38a-1 program to identify and manage risks associated with federal securities laws. Jennifer also worked as a Strategic Program Manager, operationalizing the Small Business Connection website and facilitating governance meetings with partners. Prior experience encompasses marketing strategies and key account management within Allstate's Life & Retirement division. Jennifer holds an MBA in Marketing from Roosevelt University and a BS in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
