Jon Morgan

Jon Morgan possesses over a decade of experience in claims management, primarily with Allstate since January 2011, where roles have included Claims Service Leader for both Field and Inside Claims, as well as Property Claims Team Leader. In these positions, responsibilities have included managing teams of adjusters, overseeing claims for water, fire, and wind/hail incidents, and implementing aerial imagery and virtual inspection tests in the Texas Claim Service Area. Prior experience includes roles at Impact Selector, Inc. as a Technician, and Cottonwood Financial, where Jon contributed to operations and logistics. Earlier career experience includes managing retail operations at Walgreens Corporation. Jon is currently pursuing a Leadership MBA at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications Studies from Texas Christian University.
