Josh Skonecke

Josh Skonecke has extensive experience in service design and product management, having worked at Allstate since June 2016. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Service Design and Enablement, Josh has held various roles, including Senior Manager of Product and Experience Design, Product Owner for Product Experience, Product Manager for Homeowners, and Quality Programs Manager. Prior to this, Josh was with Allstate from February 2007 to April 2016, where positions included Technician Lead - Associate Manager, Technician Lead for Encompass, Project Manager, Regional Contract Consultant, and Technical Contract Consultant. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Eastern Illinois University and participated in the Walt Disney World College Program.
