Katrina Cain, MBA, PMP, ACP, is a Learning and Development Strategic Skills Program Manager at Allstate, where they leverage their expertise in program execution, process improvement, and risk analysis. They previously held roles as a Client Project Executive and Business Program Manager at IBM, where they managed large programs and improved employee engagement outcomes. Katrina also served as a Project Management Consultant at The Caincierge and a Sr. Business Operations Analyst at SRA International. Currently pursuing a Global Executive MBA from Georgetown University, they also study Information Systems at the University of North Texas.
