Kerry Gumm

Kerry Gumm is currently the Vice President of HR Services & Experience at Allstate. Prior to this role, Kerry held various leadership positions at Principal Financial Group where Kerry oversaw learning, organizational performance, HR strategy, workforce experience, talent acquisition, inclusion & diversity, benefits administration, recruiting and sourcing, as well as recruitment strategy & portfolio management. Kerry is a First Mover Fellow at Aspen Institute Business & Society Program and holds a BS degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Iowa State University.
