Louise Packard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, innovation, and corporate brand strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Planning for Marketing, Innovation, and Corporate Brand at Allstate since September 2014, Louise functions as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, holding several positions from Associate Manager of Community Engagement to Senior Manager of Corporate Relations from July 2010 to September 2014. Louise also gained experience in development roles at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago and Marwen, as well as an internship at Weber Shandwick. Academically, Louise holds a Master of Public Policy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management with a focus on Art History from Columbia College Chicago.
