Nick Hansen is an experienced claims leader currently serving as the Claims Design Program Manager at Allstate. With a passion for customer service, Nick has previously held various roles at Allstate, including Claims Process Design Lead Consultant and Auto Field Adjuster, where they focused on improving processes and providing exceptional service. Nick began their career in the automotive repair industry as an Estimator at Hansen's Collision Specialist and later worked as a Production Manager/Estimator at Master Europa.
