Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Delaware, obtained between 1991 and 1993, a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Le Moyne College in 1991, and a Master of Science in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from the Florida Institute of Technology, completed in 2021.
