RAJA BANERJEE

Raja Banerjee is currently a Global CoE Leader in Process Excellence at Allstate, where they focus on enhancing operational efficiency across India, the US, and Canada. With 18 years of experience in BPO operations, Raja has previously served as a Director of Process Excellence at Teleperformance and a Senior Manager at Concentrix, where they played a key role in CRM accounts. They also held positions at IBM GPS and TCS, contributing to team management, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement. Raja is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Indian Statistical Institute and holds an MBA in Project Management along with certification as a Scrum Master.
