Robert Olive

Robert Olive, CIA, SCLA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit and claims management at Allstate. Since November 2019, Robert has served as Director, overseeing the people, processes, and technology to ensure the delivery of the audit plan while adhering to IIA Standards. Previously, from July 2010 to November 2019, Robert held the role of Senior Manager - Internal Audit, focusing on effective communication with senior leaders and the Audit Committee. Robert's career at Allstate began in November 1994 with the title of Express Claims Administrative Manager, where management encompassed eight customer contact centers and over 2,000 employees. In various leadership roles, Robert has demonstrated remarkable success in improving operational and customer service outcomes, earning accolades for performance excellence. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida.
