Vicky Runyon Schilb is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in advertising and marketing communications. Since October 2014, Vicky has held multiple roles at Allstate, currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager with a focus on recruitment marketing and employer branding. Prior to Allstate, Vicky worked as an Account Director at Havas Worldwide Chicago and Draftfcb, managing major accounts including Reynolds and KFC. Vicky's career also includes significant roles at Euro RSCG and Y&R Chicago, overseeing various high-profile accounts. Vicky earned an MBA in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.
