Craig Saniti

Craig Saniti is an experienced professional in the culinary and sales industries, currently serving as an Outside Sales and Distribution representative at Allstate Peterbilt since March 2011. Prior to this role, Craig held various positions in the food service sector, including Kitchen Manager/Chef at The Town and Country Club, where responsibilities included managing banquet operations, staff, and menu development. Additional experience includes managing banquets as a Banquet Manager at Chateau Lamothe, cooking and preparing meals as a Line and Prep Cook at Pazzaluna, and serving as a Sous Chef at Schumacher's Hotel and Restaurant, where significant leadership and resource management skills were demonstrated. Craig also has a background in food production at Red Lobster and supervisory experience at Roseville Skating Center.
