DJ Black has an extensive background in telecommunications, currently serving as a Customer Implementation Engineer III at Allstream since March 2017, specializing in the deployment of MPLS/VPN, BGP, SIP trunking, and various hosted services. Prior to this role, DJ Black worked as a Customer Implementation Engineer II at Electric Lightwave from August 2013 to March 2017, where responsibilities included similar deployments. DJ Black began the career as a Business Systems Technician at Integra from March 2000 to August 2013, gaining over 13 years of experience in the installation and service of NEC, Inter-Tel, and Mitel PBX systems.
