JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, is an experienced professional in project management and education consulting, currently serving as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022. With a strong academic foundation including a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Work from The Ohio State University, JoNataye has held various roles, including Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University and Education Consultant at The Shaw Group, LLC. Previous positions include Contributing Professor at Walden University and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University and Ohio Dominican University. JoNataye's early career involved roles as a School Social Worker in Reynoldsburg City School District and Columbus City Schools, along with clinical and administrative positions at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.
