Jennifer Jenkins

Jennifer Jenkins has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Jennifer currently works as the Director of Culture & Talent - Feed at Alltech. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Five Star HR Consulting, where they partnered with businesses to develop HR practices and strategies. Jennifer previously held positions at Archer Daniels Midland Company and Gardner Denver, where they served as a Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist II, respectively. Jennifer also worked as an HR Manager at Supra Telecom, where they were responsible for various HR activities.

Jennifer Jenkins obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management, with an emphasis in Organizational Development & Behavior, from Western Illinois University between 1993 and 1997.
