Shane Roger

Shane Roger is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the agricultural sector. Currently serving as the Canada Marketing Manager and Canada Marketing Lead at Alltech since February 2021, Shane has been instrumental in enhancing brand awareness and addressing customer challenges along the Agri-value chain. Prior experience includes positions as Director at CAMA, Account Manager at AdFarm, and various roles at BASF, including Product Excellence Agronomist and Innovation Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from agronomic testing to budget management and customer engagement. Early career experience includes roles as Territory Sales Assistant at Bayer Crop Science. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Regina.
