Rob Beard

Rob Beard is the current Chief Financial Officer at Allteck. Rob has also previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Northstar Sharps Foundation Specialists, Operations Controller at Stuart Olson Industrial, Reporting and Business Intelligence Lead and Financial Manager at SMS Equipment, and Divisional Controller at Tolko Industries.

Rob Beard has over 17 years of experience in finance and accounting. Rob began their career as a Divisional Controller at Tolko Industries in December 2002. In April 2008, they transitioned to SMS Equipment as their Financial Manager where they were responsible for developing their financial activities within their new ERP system. The following year, they took on the role of Reporting and Business Intelligence Lead where they were responsible for developing a BI tool for SMS Equipment. In October 2010, they left SMS Equipment to become Operations Controller at Stuart Olson Industrial. In this role, they were responsible for the full cycle accounting activities of the organization. Rob remained in this position until November 2016 when they became Chief Financial Officer at Northstar Sharps Foundation Specialists. Rob held this position until May 2019 when they returned to Allteck as their Chief Financial Officer.

Rob Beard has a designation as a Chartered Professional Accountant from CPA Canada, as well as a Certified General Accountant designation. Rob also has an Act Dip Adv Accting Cert (Honours) in Accounting from Mount Royal University, and a BPE from The University of Calgary.
