Kenneth Jaggar is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in manual testing and customer success. Currently serving as the Manager of Manual QA at AllTrails since August 2020, Kenneth has held various roles, including Senior Manual QA Engineer and Manual QA Tester. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Success Representative at Fitbod, Certification Lead at Google Stadia, Marketplace Quality Agent at Pinterest, and Test Coordinator at Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe, where Kenneth accumulated eight years of functional testing experience. Kenneth holds a Certificate in Games Development from Liverpool Community College, completed in 2008.
