Kim Washburn

Kim Washburn is a seasoned quality and compliance professional with over 35 years of experience, currently serving as Vice President of Quality at Allucent since July 2020. In this role, Kim is responsible for overseeing the global quality strategy and the development of policies and procedures, ensuring organizational compliance through quality programs and regulatory readiness. Prior to Allucent, Kim held various senior leadership positions at Quintiles from 1998 to 2020, including Senior Director QA and Director of Quality Assurance, where efforts focused on implementing quality assurance programs and enhancing customer-supplier relationships. Earlier experience includes a position as a Biologist at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, specializing in reproductive and developmental toxicology. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Hiram College.
